  16.       The Shareware evaluation (trial use) version is provided AS
  17.       IS.  Just Excellent Software, Inc. MAKES NO WARRANTY OF ANY
  18.       KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION,
  19.       ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A
  20.       PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

  23.       REGISTERED VERSION ONLY WARRANTY:

  25.       Just Excellent Software, Inc., warrants the physical
  26.       diskette(s) and physical documentation provided with
  27.       registered versions to be free of defects in materials and
  28.       workmanship for a period of sixty days from the date of
  29.       registration.  If Just Excellent Software, Inc., receives
  30.       notification within the warranty period of defects in
  31.       materials or workmanship, and such notification is
  32.       determined by Just Excellent Software, Inc.to be correct,
  33.       Just Excellent Software, Inc., will replace the defective
  34.       diskette(s) or documentation.

  36.       The entire and exclusive liability and remedy for breach of
  37.       this Limited Warranty shall be limited to replacement of
  38.       defective diskette(s) or documentation and shall not
  39.       include or extend to any claim for or right to recover any
  40.       other damages, including but not limited to, loss of
  41.       profit, data, or use of the software, or special,
  42.       incidental, or consequential damages or other similar
  43.       claims, even if Just Excellent Software, Inc., has been
  44.       specifically advised of the possibility of such damages.
  45.       In no event will Just Excelletn Software, Inc.'s liability
  46.       for any damages to you or any other person ever exceed the
  47.       lower of suggested list price or actual price paid for the
  48.       license to use the software, regardless of any form of the
  49.       claim.

  51.       Just Excellent Software, Inc. SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL
  52.       OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT
